Upper 1st premolars Ext case
This young girl(12Y5M-*13Y11M) presented upper severe crowding which included #24 palatal impaction. She had a good profile but she had residual mandibular growth and skeletal Class III malocclusion. So I decided to extract just upper premloars and retract lower total arch to compensate.
