This is so challenging case to finish. she presented severe mandibular asymmetry, she already had good compensated occlusion.
Am I really brave enough to treat this patient with orthognathic surgeries??
Is there any room to improve her facial esthetics??
Sometimes we have to choose between facial esthetics and occlusion! It’s because not always good occlusion lead to beautiful facial esthetics!
she also had taurodontic teeth ;(
bad tooth shape!! let alone she didn’t show good compliances 🙁
