Treatment in progress very challenging case which had upper right incisor was ankylosed and dental Class II malocclusion
he was 12 years old at initiation of treatment
he had an ankylosed upper right incisor.
I decided to make upper right lateral incisor substitute for ankylosed tooth
1. MARPE
2. ext of ankylosed tooth
3. resin build up for lateral incisor to make central incisor
4. upper total arch yawing movements with microimplants
5. canine lateralization
I hate implant prostheses on esthetic zone in teenagers and early adults esp 20- mid 30’s
