Total arch retraction with MARPE, Non-ext
This girl(11Y9M~13Y4M) presented anterior crowding, slight lip protrusion and Class II malocclusion. Me and her parents thought that her profile was Ok but we wanted to RETRACT slightly.
At first MARPE was done and then braces were put on.
after alignment and leveling, I implanted MIs upper arch.
After mid diagnosis I also added MI on on lower arch
