This patient’s Cheif Complaints were spaced dentition, slight lip protrusion and flat smile arc. He presented tooth size discrepancy and generalized small tooth size. This were hairy situation to make good occlusion. I wanted to make his upper occlusal plane clockwise rotationed to increase upper incisal showing. so I had to intrude lower INCISORS. check this out.
