This patient showed that severe mandibular excess and maxillary deficiency. Her patient’s Cheif complaints was ant. crossbite. She was little bit younger to impant microimplant. but I I managed to insert 2xMIs in the ant. palatal region which was denser than other area. I used MARPE with face mask hook. I instructed her and parent how to wear face mask and minimum wearing FM time. Let’s check these out.
