This patient presented upper left 1st molar missing and slight lip protrusion with lip incompetetency. Her Cheif complaints were not lip protrusion. and She didn’t want to any extraction. So I decided to Total Arch Retraction modality via 4 MIs. And I protracted #27 into missing space throguh pneumatized maxillary sinus. Lets check it out
