This patient presented upper ant crowding, sl lip protrusion and slight class II. She denied any extraction treatment. So I decided to use upper total arch retraction. Via appropriate using MIs, You guys might be able to correct this kind of malocclusion. I just used 2 MIs. and I dont use any elastics wearing by patient. It’s totally noncompliant therapy.
