This patient presented deep over bite and mild lip protrusion. I pulled out upper 1st premolars. and then I retracted upper INCISORS intrusively. At first I expanded his upper arch via MSE, even though he didnt show any posterior crossbite. That was very important phase. I used 2 microimplants which was implanted between premolar. I made line of force pass anterior of upper anterior INCISORS’s CR. Lets check it out
