This patient had skeletal class II and mandibular asymmetry! Dental dysplasia included large overjet and upper anterior teeth labioversion! First of all! The most important thing is to solve the transverse problems! I did MARPE and then upper total arch retraction was done! Also lower mandibular dentition retracted asymmetrically!
