This male patient*22Y6M presented lip protrusion and convex profile. He had received orthodontic treatment previously involving four premolars extraction, which meant extraction of premolars was not supposedly an option for his lip protrusion. and also he had lip incompetency. hence maximum posterosuperior displacement of the entire upper dentition and mandibular autorotation were defined as the required movement.
I implanted several MIs. and I used 019 025SS as working archwires.
I resloved his lip incompetency and convex profile.
and made Class I functional occlusion.
