The 2D planning is obsolete as cannot provide all the necessary tools for an accurate planning. We must adapt existing knowledge to this new form of technological management. If we do not employ 3D technology to enable the condyles individualization,
we will continue to plan in a flawed and incomplete way, using technology with a high-cost and steep learning-curve. RCt to plan and obtain the intermediate occlusion, by posterior-superior mandibular guidance; and MIP to final surgical occlusion and the condyle-fossa relationship in CR.
center of rotation axis를 아는 게 진단하고 치료 방법 수술양 결정 및 압하량 등을 정할 때 아주 중요한데 이걸 알기가 어렵죠ㅠㅠ 사람마다 다르니까! 근데 일단 무조건 하악과두에는 센터가 없다는 건 맞는데 또 우린 현실적으로 다른 방법이 없으니….,
그래서 CR이 어디고 어떻게 유도하고 뭐 그런 거보다 어떻게 하면 환자마다 다른 위치를 확인할 수 있냐니까! 뭐 스플린트를 쓰네 마네 이런 거 가지고 싸우진 맙시다 ㅜㅜ 중요한 것도 아닌 거 같은데.., 환자 써야하는 이유가 있음 쓰고 아님 최대한 안정적이고 안아프고 기능적이고 생리적인 과두위를 확인 하는 게 중요하니까….,
