Skeletodental dysplasia skeletal class II Mandible deficiency, Dental class II div 2 with oligodontia! This patient was very tricky & difficult for me to treat. I needed to intrude upper ant teeth! And tract upper left 2nd molar! She had teeth size discrepancy also. It meant that it was really difficult to accomplish functional occlusion! Using several Microimplants I could finish!
