Mandibular autorotation after upper total arch intrusive retraction
This patient presented lower left 1st molar missing and she had gotten braces 10 years ago. she sought to orthodontic treatment again due to lipprotrusion and wanted elimination of prosthesis on missing area. She is still under treatment which includes getting protraction of 2nd, 3rd molar on lower left arch.
