Isn’t it great change?? Right? Extraction is always very important treatment modality if diagnosis is correct. But In indiscreet and imprudent extraction ended up disaster for patient and orthodonist themselves. Incisor inclination is very important to make good occlusion. So when you were struggling to finish some patient, you had to look into INCISORS torque. This kids It took so long for me to finish. It was because of initial upper INCISORS’s inclination were already pretty much normal and there’s no crowding. So I had to RETRACT upper INCISORS translated. IT was so tough and also that kinda movement especially took a long time.
