she presented gummy smile and lip protrusion! she has presented mandibular backward rotation and vertical facial pattern!
I really did my best to make mandibular forward rotation but just very little bit forward movement! Her mandibular fossa moved backward! This made my biomechanics negated!! 🙁 by the way even though I didn’t make great mandibular forward rotation! she showed beautiful and balanced profile!
When we faced this kind situation which means doctors have to choose occlusion or facial beauty! I have to compromise my treatment goals somewhat! 🙁
