Ext. treatment of severe upper ant. teeth labiversion
This female patient(13Y7M~15Y9M) presented severe upper ant. teeth labioversion and convex profile. She had skeletal Class II with mn. def. I had to retract upper ant. teeth intrusively like controlled tipping. I used upper 4 micro implants to make targeted force design. This kind of patient sometimes had a dual bite. So don’t believe at first patient’s habiutal occlsuion. Kept an eye on the deprogramming of mandibular resting posture.
