Ext case of severe lip protrusion patient with mandibular severe asymmetry.
This adolescent male patient(16Y7M~19Y4M) sought for orthodontic treatment due to severe lipprotrusion and upper anterior teeth labioversion.
He had skeletal class II with severe mandibular asymmetry and dental class II with large overjet, full class II relationships.
It was so tricky to treat
I used several microimplants especially on upper arch to RETRACT INCISORS intrusively.
I had RETRACT asymmetrically to correct class II relationships.
