case report of Bimaxillary protrusion & lipprotrusion
This adolescent female patient (15Y9M~19Y1M) sought for orthodontic treatment due to lipprotrusion.

She had no crooked teeth. she had good static occlusion. there were little upper INCISORS labioversion.

it was a challenging case because I had to RETRACT INCISORS almost bodily movements.

Optimal incisor inclination and position are considered vital, according to several previous studies, for proper function and stability, especially in the treatment of patients requiring retraction of incisors.
As suggested, intrusion of the maxillary incisors is necessary for accomplishing lingual root movement in wider anatomic limitation. Thus, intrusive force should be applied during retraction of the maxillary incisors in patients with bialveolar protrusion.

That’s why I implanted MIs more vertical at this case at first.

but Keep monitoring inclinations of ant teeth

This kind of treatment result is never achieved by clear aligner therapy!!!
