Camouflage treatment of skeletal class II, dental class II division 1 with lower fusion tooth, lipprotrusion and ICR.
this case is intraoral photos which I posted up earlier today.
As you can tell, there was fusion tooth on the lower arch and upper anterior moderate to severe anterior crowding.
It was so challenging to finish due to teeth size discrepancy.
I used several MIs on both arches to treat.
Intrusively retraction is utmost biomechanics to treat this type of malocclusion.
