2-phase treatment???
At first treatment, a patient and parent wanted to get non extraction method.
Using total arch retraction with MICROIMPLANTS, 1st treatment was done.
After 4 years retention, she decided to get retreatment. she wanted to retract her little protrusive lips.
That’s the reason why she got retreatment!!

What if she had gotten ext-treatment at first???
I don’t think my first treatment result was not good! For sure, at first if she had gotten extraction modality, it would be more efficient!
