On a typical shopping day, I first decide what to buy. I also think about where to go. I make sure to dress light and wear comfy shoes. That’s because I have to walk around a lot. I search online for the things I want to buy. I also search for the clothes and colors that are “in” these days. When I get to the shopping mall, I first look around and do some window shopping. I compare prices and try things on. When I find something I want to buy, I pay for it.

쇼핑하러 가는 날에는 보통 가장 먼저 무엇을 살지 결정하고 어디에 갈지도 생각한다. 많이 돌아다녀야 해서, 편한 옷과 신발을 챙겨 신는다. 사고 싶은 물건을 인터넷에서 검색하고, 요즘 유행하는 옷들이나 색상도 검색해 본다. 쇼핑몰에 도칙하면, 우선 둘러보면서 아이쇼핑을 한다. 가격을 비교하고 옷을 입어 보기도 한다. 사고 싶은 것을 발견하면 계산을 한다.

In the past, people used to shop in person at various locations such as department stores, discount stores, or shopping malls. But now, people also shop online very often. That’s why retail stores are losing business every year. Online shopping is very convenient in many ways. There is no need to go to an actual store. This saves time and effort. All you have to do is to pick and choose an item on your computer or phone. You can also find great deals online.
