What was Internet surfing like a long time ago?

When I first surfed the Internet, the connection was very slow. It took a long time to log on to a website. It also took a long time to download or upload data. Sometimes, I started a download at night and powered off the computer in the morning. Also, I needed a computer to use the Internet. In other words, I couldn’t get Internet access on a phone.

초창기 인터넷 서핑을 할 때는 연결 속도가 매우 느렸다. 웹 사이트 접속도 빨리 되지 않았고, 자료를 다운로드하거나 업로드할 때도 시간이 오래 걸렸다. 밤에 다운로드를 시작해 놓고, 아침에 일어나서 컴퓨터를 끄는 경우도 있었다. 또한 컴퓨터가 있어야안 인터넷을 사용할 수 있었다. 다시 말해, 휴대폰으로는 인터넷에 접속할 수가 없었다.

The Internet has come a long way. Internet connection has become a lot faster compared to the early days. Users can download large flies in the blink of an eye, And freely stream video. Now, people access the Internet on their smartphones when they are on the move. 5G networks have recently become commercialized and are amazingly fast. Plus, there is free Wi-Fi at many public places such as coffee shops.

인터넷은 비약적 발전울 거듭해 왔다. 초창기에 비해서 인터넷 연결 속도는 정말 많이 빨라졌다. 대용량 파일도 눈 깜짝할 사이에 다운로드가 가능하고, 스트리밍으로 영상을 자유롭게 볼 수 있다. 이제는 이동 중에도 스마트폰으로 인터넷에 접속한다. 촤근에 5G 네트워크망이 상용화되었는데, 속도가 굉장히 빠르다. 그리고 커피숍과 같은 공공장소에 무료 와이파이가 되는 곳이 많다.
